The ultimate responsibilities of a Leadership Representative is to grow and sustain profitable sales by meeting sales plans. Requirements
We are looking for Leadership Representatives who have experience in management, field sales/service, and recruiting/cold calling. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives. Creativity, leadership, and business acumen are essential. Multi-level marketing experience a plus. Spanish/English bilingual
